Matthew Macfadyen Nominated for Best Male Actor for Secret Life

The Royal Television Society has announced the nominations for the 2007 RTS Awards.

Matthew Macfadyen has been nominated for Best Male for his role as a troubled pedophile in Secret Life.

Matthew is competing with David Tennant for Recover/Dr Who and Andrew Garfield for Boy A

The RTS Awards will be presented on Wednesday 19 March 2008 at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London

Matthew Macfadyen will be Inspector Neele in the new Miss Marple mystery, "A Pocket Full of Rye".

Filming was to begin at the end of February.
