Bafta TV Awards tonight. Will Any Human Heart win?

Be sure to catch the Bafta TV Awards tonight.  Any Human Heart is nominated for Best Drama Serial and Jim Broadbent is nominated for Leadingt Actor. 

The Guardian has some put up some photos of some of the actors that are nominated.  In it you can see Jim Broadbent's photo and caption.

... especially when it’s to appear in dramas such as Any Human Heart, which has won him a nomination for best leading actor. “It was beautifully written; I liked the fact that William Boyd adapted it himself, even though he had to massacre his book to get it on screen. It always has to be about the script, always the story”

TV Choice Awards 2011

The voting for the TV Choice Awards have started and The Pillars of the Earth and Any Human Heart are both up for Best New Drama.  Also, Matthew Macfadyen is up for Best Actor in Any Human Heart.

Matthew Macfadyen enjoys a family day out

The disreputable Mail Online has written a trashy article about Matthew Macfadyen.  It conjectures that Matthew may have gained some weight, pointing to a photo of an outing Matthew had with his family this weekend.  However, I would encourage everyone to view a photo of Matthew rehearsing at the Royal Court Gala, which was taken only one week ago.   As you can see for yourself, Matthew looks stunning.
