Perfect Nonsense: Richmond Theatre Shows Raise Money for Charity

The Saturday’s two sell-out performances on 19 October, crowds donated more than £1,700 to the National Brain Appeal.  This was the start of the charity’s annual fundraising campaign, the National Brain Appeal Pyjama Party, which took place last week.

Theresa Dauncey, chief executive of the National Brain Appeal, said: “We really are overwhelmed by the generosity of the Richmond Theatre audiences from Saturday.

“To raise more than £1,700 in one event was a great way to start our 2013 campaign.

“We are also extremely grateful to Stephen and Matthew for their support."
