Thank you to Flip for finding this. Nuremberg: Nazis on Trial will be shown on UKTV History in August and the DVD will be sold on 22 November, 2007. Matthew Macfadyen does the narration for this documentary.

Matthew Macfadyen narrates the final part of this drama doc series about history's most famous war crimes trial. 'Chariots of Fire' actor Ben Cross plays Rudolph Hess, Hitler's deputy who flew to Scotland in 1941, in a bizarre attempt to negotiate peace with Britain. Hess was subsequently arrested, and the Fuhrer declared him insane. Hess's fitness for trial was at the centre of his case, as he claimed not to remember his Nazi past.
