I was watching the IFC channel and was lucky to see 2 trailers of Death at a Funeral back to back. The shorter one is the new one and has some bits we haven't scene before. The longer one is the same trailer from the official website. I have uploaded the short one only.

Death At A Funeral pushed back to August 17 in the US

Coming Soon has Death at a Funeral now listed as releasing on August 17th. This confirms the news that bksreader told us about last night.

Edit: the Orlando Sentinel is confirming that the release is no longer June 29th

Is Death at a Funeral release delayed in the US?

bksreader had this to report in the darcylicious forum:

I just got home from the screening and I have great news and also bad news. I will start with the bad news first. Right before they started the movie, a Kimmel rep thanked us for attending the screening and announced that originally the film was going to open at the end of June, but now they pushing back the release date to sometime in mid to late August to early September. Please don't kill the messenger!!! I asked if they had a specific date yet and why they moved it back, but he could not give me an answer. He said they just announced it that morning.

Now for the great news: THE MOVIE IS AMAZING!!!!
