Pinewood to deliver full production package for Little Dorrit

According to Pinewood Studios:

is delivering full production services for the BBC’s large scale adaptation of the Dickens classic Little Dorrit, scheduled to commence production at the end of April.

Matthew Macfadyen is a lot more than the handsome face and talented actor that we've seen on screen. He also has a sense of mischief that he rarely lets the fans get a glimpse of.

In this clip, he "gooses" Dame Judi on the red carpet of the Bafta TV awards, all while she is being interviewed on TV.

The full list of Bafta winners have been posted on the Bafta website.  Andrew Garfield of Boy A won the best actor award.  Congratulations to Andrew for his win and Matthew for his nomination and amazing talent.

In our eyes, Matthew is always a winner.

Matthew Macfadyen sited on arrival!

Our dear darcylicious member, Maryp is representing us at the Baftas and she reported back the following (as texted to JaneV)

  • Maryp spoke to Matthew and told him that Darcylicious was thinking of him on this special day and that a gift was on its way to him from all of us.  Matthew was holding Maryp's hand at the time!
  • Matthew said we were very sweet
  • Maryp said Matthew looked gorgeous and wasn't wearing his glasses.
  • He arrived alone
