New images of Matthew meeting fans at The Pain and the Itch

It seems hard to believe that it was a year ago when many of us visited the Royal Court Theatre in an effort to see Matthew Macfadyen on stage for the run of The Pain and The Itch in London.  Many of us also had the privilege of meeting Matthew at the stage door entrance.

JaneV has been digging through her photoalbums and found many pictures that we previously had not seen from the first, large get-together that occurred on 30 June, 2007.  These pictures were taken by Rosemary and AnneO of Canada.  You can find these images in the gallery.

TV Times article on Little Dorrit

Next weeks TV Times (out today in the UK) has a picture of Matthew Macfadyen as Arthur Clennam in Little Dorrit wearing his hat. The article is part of a double page spread about forthcoming Autumn productions.

According to JaneV the article says:

Little Dorrit
If you love a good period drama then this is for you. Andrew Davies adapts the Dickens classic, with newcomer Claire Foy as the heroine Amy Dorrit, and ex-Spooks star Matthew Macfadyen as the kind Arthur Clennam. Amanda Redman is also in the all-star cast. "I play an appalling snob and get to wear outrageous costumes," she tells us.
