Variety discusses BBC4's high quality biopics such as Enid

Variety has an article discussing how recent biopics shown by BBC4 have attracted high-value celebrities.  In particular this quote:

"When the pic[ture] bowed in the U.K. last fall on the pubcaster's upscale web, BBC4, Bonham Carter's perf[ormance] received ecstatic reviews. A BAFTA nod for the part looks to be a foregone conclusion."

Chase Winter Wonderland Celebrations

Chase Hospice held their Winter Wonderland celebrations this Sunday, 20 December 2009, and Matthew and Keeley attended. Matthew Macfadyen had the following quote:

“My wife Keeley and our three children have loved being here today."
"The kids have loved playing in the snow the most. But all of it has been great."
"It started off so warm and friendly and then it became really moving. It is fantastic that we were able to be a part of such a special day.”

Chase Hospice for children supports life-limited children and their families.

Criminal Justice on the best drama lists

Criminal Justice (series 2) has been named as one of the best dramas of 2009 by the Daily Mail.

"The BBC did the same with its second series of Criminal Justice, a dark tale of sexual violence and mental illness, but Matthew Macfadyen and Maxine Peake in the lead roles were sensational, and the story was compelling if often uncomfortable viewing."

The Telegraph, called Criminal Justice one of the top 50 shows of the decade, coming in at number 37.
