Critic.de Review of Three Musketeers

I haven't (yet) posted many of the German reviews as it's difficult for English readers.  However, forum members, Doris and Marina have shared a review from critic.de which had the following quote:

Still remains the question, what it is, that's worth fighting for in a modernised story? The answer is coming from Athos, when D'Artagnan has to decide between his adored Constance and the jewellery: "Go and fight for love! France has to take care for itself."

(quick translation by Doris)

Die Drei Musketieres opens in Germany tomorrow.

Meet Athos

The undeniable leader of the legendary Musketeers, Athos proves to be the embodiment of virtue, honor, and nobility.  Though once broken on the behalf of love, Athos’s strength stems from the scars of his heart as he has become a fierce swordsman loyal to his beloved France, and forever in search of a great cause.
